The AirPura C600 air purifier has more carbon and an extra filter barrier to get the smallest airborne particles. This powerful HEPA air purifier filter
technology will clean up to 2000 square
feet of air while exchanging the entire room’s air up to four times per
hour. The AirPura C600 adds an internal filter wrapped in HEPA barrier clothes to catch
even smaller particles of dust mites, pollen, mold spores, skin cells,
and pet dander normally found in most indoor air. The combination of a
larger 3” thick filter with the HEPA barrier will catch particles as
small as .3 microns! The internal filter is designed to last up to 5
years and the HEPA barrier clothes need to be changed about every 3 to
6 months. The AirPura unit boasts a strong 560 CFM (cubic feet per minute) fan
that has been designed for low noise operation. This fan also has a
variable speed motor that you can adjust for the room size or your
comfort level. The AirPura line of air purifiers will reduce or

or sensitivities, and improve your indoor air quality.
The
Air Pura C600 air purifier adds 8 pounds of carbon for a total of 26 pounds of
carbon in its filter. This industry leading amount of carbon more
readily absorbs airborne chemicals from adhesives, pesticides,
methylene chloride, mold mycotoxins, and perchloroethylene. The
activated carbon has an extremely high absorption rate which captures
these chemical molecules. The AirPura air purifiers use ground up carbon so
there is more surface area for the chemicals to reach and stick to. The
capture of these chemicals will reduce skin, eye, and throat
irritations as well as fight against disease and airborne viruses. The
carbon air filters should last up to 2 years. The AirPura unit includes a
pre-filter as well to eliminate larger particles before they enter the
inner filtration of the HEPA and carbon. These pre-filters can be
cleaned with a vacuum from the outside of the unit and should be
replaced about every 3 to 6 months depending upon use.
