SHIPPING

How soon will my order arrive?

Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive. Bulky or overly heavy items may take longer. Addresses outside of the continental U.S. may take up to 3 to 4 weeks to arrive.


How do I check the shipping status of my order?

Easy. Log in to your My Account page to check the status of your order. You can also check your previous orders, update your mailing address, contact us with a request (and check all your past requests), see your total TuwA Points™ rewards points, see your current Wish List and coordinate a Gift Reqistry.


What is the delay if I order an item that is Back Ordered?

Our inventory system assigns the “Back Order” availability to an item when it is low or out of stock in our warehouse. If we do not have physical stock, then we will have our manufacturers or partner distributors ship it to you directly at our expense. It usually does not delay the shipment, but in rare case it may take 3 to 4 additional days for your order to arrive.


GIFT CERTIFICATES/PROMO CODES

How do I redeem a gift certificate or promotional code?

The gift certificate code (promotional code) can be entered in the shopping cart or in our single page checkout.


Can I use multiple gift certificates and promotional codes for a single order?

Yes. Just enter the promo code and click the GO! button. Your cart balance will be adjusted every time you enter and apply a code.


Do the gift certificates have an expiration date?

We do not impose an expiration date for our E Gift Certificates. Our Paper Gift Certificates will have an expiration date of 90 days. This expatriation date will always be clearly marked on the front of the card.


Do you charge dormancy fees on your gift certificates like some other companies?

Absolutely not!


GENERAL Q&A

How are my TuwA Points™ redeemed?

Just log in to your My Account page. Scroll down to your My Rewards section. Click "View Details" if you wish to see an itemized list of your reward points by order OR click "Redeem" to go directly to your gift certificate options. Click "Redeem" under the gift certificate that is equal to or below your total accumulated points. Your gift certificate will be emailed instantly to use on any future order. (You can also use your points to send the gift certificate to a friend or family member. Just click on the gift certificate option instead of "Redeem". Fill out the card information per the instructions and the gift certificate will be sent as a gift.)   


What types of payments do you currently accept?

What’s the deal with all the colors of your website?

The colors blue, green and brown represent the colors of the earth. Blue for our water, oceans and air, green for our plants, and brown for the land. Our goal to create a TuwA Community starts with taking care of these three “colors” with your help! Our carbon offsets will build renewable energy projects which will reduce the pollution of our water, air and land. Your TuwA Points™ rewards people through our 1% charitable donations.
