Unlike other brands, the cover sheet, the part of the pad in direct contact with the body, is 100% organic cotton. Other brands use non-woven cover sheet which is a petrochemical byproduct. Our organic cotton is whitened and disinfected with Hydrogen Peroxide instead of Chlorine to avoid creating harmful chemical Dioxin residues. We steer clear of using any irritating materials like petrochemical byproducts, Viscose/Rayon, plastics, or perfume found in other conventional products.

Maxim Hy goes the extra eco-friendly step in being the only brand with cellulose fluff, pulp free sanitary pads. They use organic cotton as our absorbent core filler instead of cellulose fluff pulp in order to help prevent the abuse and destruction of our natural forests to obtain cellulose pulp. All of these qualities combined, make the organic contour pantiliners hypoallergenic. Additional product features include a smooth cotton surface for added comfort, strong adhesive to prevent pads from shifting and natural breathable layers admitting air flow to the skin for added dryness.
