SHIPPING POLICY
We
currently ship products using UPS ground, FedEx Freight and USPS. You
can calculate your shipping fee prior to checkout by entering your zip
code in the shopping cart OR it will be automatically calculated at
checkout prior to submitting your order. Our rates are based upon
actual carrier fees. Go to your My Account page and log in to track the status of your order and to:
- Check all past orders
- Update you mailing address
- Contact us with a request
- Check your TuwA Points™ rewards points total
- Look at your current Wish List
- Coordinate your Gift Registry
We periodically have free shipping available on select items. Free shipping only applies to orders for shipment to states within the 48 continental United States. These items will be clearly marked with the logo below:

We
now ship to all US states and territories as well as Canada. We try to
ship items so they have the least eco footprint as possible. Some items
are shipped directly from the manufacturer if our warehouse is out of
stock. We work with our manufacturers to help them reduce packaging
and/or create sustainable best practices. Items shipped from our
warehouse currently utilize:
- Reused boxes and packaging
- New boxes are a minimum of 35% post-consumer recycle content
- New packaging is 100% post-consumer recycled kraft paper or biodegradable "peanuts"
- Letters, invoices, ship tickets, etc. are always 100% post-consumer recycle content
RETURN POLICY
We aren’t
satisfied unless you are satisfied!
We want you to be
100% satisfied with the products you buy at TuwA.com. You may return a product
for any reason for a full refund less shipping and handling within 30 days.
Please email our shipping department and include your order # in
the reference line of the email PRIOR to returning the item(s). To help
us better serve our customers, please let us know the reason you are returning
the item. We will email you a return authorization so you can get the proper
refund towards your credit card. Please keep in mind that some credit card
refund transactions may take up to 30 days to process.
All items must be
unused and in resell ready condition. You are responsible for shipping the item
to the address noted on the return authorization email. A restocking fee may be
applied to returns shipped to the wrong address. Please return the item(s) in
the original package or box that you received. Items not available for refund:
- Used personal care and skin care products
- Used air and water filters (unless defective)
- Worn clothing or used fabrics (other than trying on for
size)
If you received a
product that was damaged during shipping, please follow these steps: - Contact the carrier (USPS,
FedEx or UPS) and have them return the package to the return address
labeled on the box or shipping label. Ask them for a return reference
number for this shipment. DO NOT RETURN THE ITEM(S) YOURSELF.
- Take a digital photo of the
damage and email it to our shipping department
along with an explanation of the damage and your order #.
- We'll track the return package
and send you a new item ASAP.
