The Voltaic solar power backpacks are heavy-duty packs made to last.
This solar backpack, called the Converter, is smaller and more compact
than the original voltaic backpack. It still has the stylish look
with the built-in solar panel. The Converter backpack includes a
compartment for a water pack (camel pack) making it a great bag for
hiking, biking, or skiing. It has multiple strapping options for use as
a rucksack, bike pannier, or saddle pack. The solar backpack is also
constructed using recycled plastic PET, making it a truly sustainable
product.
These solar power backpacks are professionally
designed and built to be tough enough for everyday use. The solar
panels provide enough free energy to charge any PDA quickly. Every
backpack has built-in pockets and wire channels that work great for
headphone cords. (We recommend installing an extra headset through the
channels and keeping it there so you’ll be ready to go anytime you want
to use the pack.) The solar converter backpack comes with one battery
pack, the adapter kit, and solar panel grids in your color choice.
